What shipping options are available and how long does it take?

• All books ordered from the website are shipped by surface mail. For an extra cost, airmail and courier service are available on request. If you have a special shipping request, please phone in your order at 519-745-1560.
• For all orders from the website please allow 3-5 days for deliveries within Canada, 2 weeks for deliveries to the United States, and 3-5 weeks for International deliveries.

What payment options are available when ordering online?

• Secure online credit card processing is the most popular form of payment when ordering online, but payment by check or money order, and payment on account are also available.
• Check or money order payments require the customer to send payment to the store along with a copy of the receipt. After payment is received the purchased books will be shipped out, usually the same day.
• Payment on account applies to purchasers who already have an established account with the Bookshop. To set up an account please refer to the contact information.
